Verdura is a senior resort community to be built in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The community as planned has 218 apartments and suites offering a continuum of care plus nine detached Villas. The entire main building is licensed for assisted living, but the three distinct neighborhoods also offer an independent lifestyle and memory care.

The design of Verdura incorporates the three neighborhoods in the main building into one lavish resort of 294,439 total square feet, with an additional 53,982 square feet of underground parking. A generous portion of the resort (51,919 square feet) is dedicated to community areas for relaxing, recreating, learning, dining, entertaining, or partaking of the signature services that raise Verdura far above other local senior housing options.

Verdura is developed and managed by Christopher Place Senior Communities, founded in Ann Arbor in 1990 by Charles E. Maulbetsch. Mr. Maulbetsch is a fifth generation Ann Arbor resident and has centered his business in Ann Arbor for over 29 years.
